Hi there. This site is intended to be a meeting point for owners, tenants, potential owners and potential tenants of apartments in Auckland. Think of it as a community noticeboard - not just for the Zest building, but for any apartment building.

It will become a good point of reference for potential buyers or potential tenants to get a feel for the vibe of an apartment building.
As well as the community part I aim to build up the Apartment Profile section of the site, which will contain profiles of many apartment buildings around Auckland. Apartment developer websites pop up all the time, but as soon as the apartments have been sold or the building is built the website disappears. So I aim to archive some of that information so that potential buyers or tenants can see the sales guff that went into the building. But I can't do this on my own - I need your help!
How you can help
This site is a wiki! That means that anyone can edit the pages on it - including you! All you have to do is register first - it's free and we won't spam you. (I've considered allowing anonymous edits but won't for now). Then see the "How to edit pages?" link at the left. You can also add a new page - see "Add a new page" at the left. So if you want to add a page for your apartment building, go ahead, add it!
Why?
I live in the Zest building, where the tenants and owners are disputing the high water charges imposed on us by Easy Energy. After much searching on the net I have yet to find a community-style site for neighbors to discuss issues - so I created this one.
